Joseph M. Reidy and Stephen P. Samuels Join Firm’s Columbus Office

With a combined total of more than 70 years of experience in all aspects of environmental law and all types of clients, attorneys Joseph M. Reidy and Stephen P. Samuels are set to expand the environmental practice in Frost Brown Todd’s central Ohio market. 

Reidy and Samuels provide representation in developing brownfields, obtaining and negotiating environmental and natural resource permits, defending enforcement proceedings, and other environmentally-related matters on behalf of industry, agriculture, and state and local governments.  They are experienced litigators in state and federal courts, the Environmental Review Appeals Commission, and other administrative agencies. Both Samuels and Reidy are consistently ranked in Best Lawyers in America® for Environmental law as well as Chambers and Partners USA®.

Before joining Frost Brown Todd, they practiced for another major law firm in the Columbus region.  As former Ohio EPA and Ohio Attorney General staff, they have numerous contacts with regulators.
