E. Todd Wilkowski Joins Frost Brown Todd

Firm expands West Chester location with addition of Baker Concrete Construction's former General Counsel

E. Todd Wilkowski has joined the firm as a member of the privately held business and construction service teams. He will focus his law practice on assisting private and family-owned businesses of all sizes with their various legal, transactional, business strategy and risk management needs. For seven years, Wilkowski served as general counsel and corporate secretary for Baker Concrete Construction, a family-owned company ranking as the nation’s largest concrete construction company.  At Baker, he oversaw the company’s legal, enterprise risk management, contracts, ethics, compliance and governmental relations functions. Prior to Baker, Wilkowski was a partner at another large Cincinnati-based law firm.

Wilkowski is a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy and Regent University School of Law. Prior to practicing law, he served in the U.S. Air Force as a counternarcotics and counterterrorism intelligence officer at the Pentagon and two U.S. embassies in South America.
