Kelly Frey Joins Frost Brown Todd’s Expanding Nashville Team

Frost Brown Todd is pleased to announce Kelly Frey as a new member of its growing Nashville office. Frey, who was selected as one of the Nashville Business Journal’s Best of the Bar for 2014, assists clients in a variety of corporate transactions and corporate compliance matters. He focuses on information technology and intellectual property transactions, including licensing, outsourcing, technology law, and vendor relationship/management.  He also assists with corporate governance matters and helps companies create sustainable, cost effective and defensible internal controls to mitigate compliance risks.

Frey is one of less than ten practicing attorneys selected as a Fellow of the World Technology Network – an association of over 1,000 scientists, entrepreneurs, financiers, academics and other professionals from around the globe, chosen for their “innovative and impactful work with the greatest likely long-term significance.”He is also the author of the legal practice guide Frey on Intellectual Property and Technology Transactions and serves as General Counsel to the Ethics and Compliance Officer Association.

Frey represents a number of independent film productions, including The Identical (starring Ray Liotta, Seth Green, and Ashley Judd) where he has been credited as Associate Producer.
