Frost Brown Todd is pleased to welcome senior associate Michelle Drinkard to its Nashville office. Drinkard joins the regulated business practice group with a focus on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, financial institutions, securities transactions and corporate trust. Prior to joining Frost Brown Todd, she was Vice President at the Bank of New York Mellon in New York, where she served as senior transactions manager covering Latin America and Canada. Prior, she was a corporate associate at Nixon Peabody LLP in New York. She also completed a secondment with Credit Suisse Securities (USC) LLC, focusing on private equity and asset management.

Drinkard obtained an MBA in finance and her J.D. from American University in Washington D.C. She graduated with a B.A. from Vanderbilt University in 2003, followed by two years of service in the Peace Corps in El Salvador.

Frost Brown Todd’s Nashville team has grown to 30 attorneys with a wide range of knowledge and skills.  The group has specialized industry experience representing clients in the automotive, government relations, healthcare, payments industry, financial institutions, technology and international sectors.
