Laura Leister joins government services group

Frost Brown Todd welcomes new associate attorney Laura Leister to its Columbus office. Leister joins the government services practice group to provide legal services for public entities in the region. Leister previously served as federal law clerk in the U.S. District Court in St. Louis, Missouri, where she handled matters related to social security disability appeals, class actions settlements, Habeas Corpus petitions, discovery motions and other issues involving a wide range of federal statutory and constitutional law. Leister graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor’s degree, and received her law degree from Ohio Northern University.

The Frost Brown Todd Columbus office is led by member-in-charge Tom Williams and has grown to nearly 40 attorneys who provide legal counsel in the areas of business and corporate law, lending and commercial services, environment, government, intellectual property, labor and employment, commercial litigation, construction law, insurance bad faith and product liability defense.
