Seven New Associates Join Frost Brown Todd’s Cincinnati and West Chester Offices
Frost Brown Todd (FBT) has added seven new associates to its Cincinnati and West Chester offices.
Morgan L. Adams was a Frost Brown Todd summer associate in 2013 and has now joined FBT’s Business Litigation Practice Group. She received her J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School, where she was a research assistant for Dwight B. King, research librarian and head of research services at the Kresge Law Library. Adams earned her bachelor’s degree in English from Vassar College.
Sandra M. Eismann-Harpen practices in the Finance and Real Estate Practice Group, where she assists clients with commercial lending and bank regulatory matters. Prior to joining Frost Brown Todd, she spent 14 years working in the banking industry, most recently as vice president at PNC Bank in Cincinnati. She graduated from the Northern Kentucky University Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 2014 and from Thomas More College with a major in business administration in 2002. She also holds an MBA in finance from Xavier University.
Jack B. Hemenway has joined Frost Brown Todd’s West Chester office. He practices in the area of Government Services, with a focus on labor and employment matters. He advises clients on compliance of federal and state labor laws, and represents employers in litigation cases as well as collective bargaining negotiations and labor arbitrations. Prior to joining FBT, Hemenway was a law clerk at General Electric (GE) Aviation. He received his J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law and graduated from Wittenberg University in 2007 with a B.A. in business management. While in law school, he served as the Editor-in-Chief of the University of Dayton Law Review.
Steven T. McDevitt is an associate in the FBT Labor and Employment Practice Group. Before attending law school, he spent several years working in politics, including as a field organizer for Sen. John Edward’s presidential campaign, as a summer intern in the Washington D.C. office of Rep. Joe Donnelly and as a legislative analyst at the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber. McDevitt graduated with a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame in 2007 and with a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2014.
Emily L. Metz is an associate in the Estates, Trusts and Wills Practice Group in the Cincinnati office. She received her Bachelor’s of Science in business administration from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, and earned her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. While in law school, she served as executive editor of The University of Cincinnati Law Review and as an articles editor for the Human Rights Quarterly.
Daya Patibandlapractices in the firm’s Tort and Insurance Defense Practice Group. Prior to law school she worked for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Mississippi, assisting customers in matters concerning their health insurance policies. She earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration from William Carey University, and her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati.
Todd Alan Spears joins the Intellectual Property Practice Group in the Cincinnati office, focusing on patent prosecution. While studying toward his undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering at the University of Cincinnati, he completed a co-op for GE Aviation in Evandale, Ohio. He received his J.D. from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University.
