Former Greenebaum attorney, Mikio Nishizu, Joins Frost Brown Todd

(Cincinnati, OH) – Frost Brown Todd is pleased to announce that Mikio Nishizu has joined our Cincinnati office. Mr. Nishizu will be a Partner in the Business Combinations practice group where he will be providing all aspects of legal services to Japanese companies operating in the United States. Mr. Nishizu has extensive experience representing multi-international, as well as small to mid-sized Japanese companies in general corporate, business immigration issues, and employment and business mediation. Mr. Nishizu brings experience counseling Japanese companies with affiliates in the U.S. on representation during deferred inspections, and in establishment and re-organization of their U.S. affiliates, including strategically structuring and effectively positioning new U.S. entities in the global market.

In addition Mr. Nishizu serves on the Board of Directors of the Cincinnati Fine Arts Fund, the Cincinnati U.S.A. Regional Chamber, and the Japan America Society of Greater Cincinnati. He also serves as Legal Advisor to the Indiana Japanese Language School, Inc., the Japanese Business Committee of Greater  Cincinnati and to the Indiana Japan Chamber, Inc.

The Business Combinations practice group Mr. Nishizu will be joining focuses on mergers and acquisitions- whether small local asset acquisitions or large, international transactions involving highly creative financing.
