Former P&G Intellectual Property Attorney, Dr. Nicole Tepe, Ph.D., Joins Frost Brown Todd

Frost Brown Todd is pleased to announce that Dr. Nicole Tepe, Ph.D. has re-joined the firm. Dr. Tepe will be a Senior Associate in the firm’s Cincinnati office Intellectual Property Practice Group.  Her areas of expertise include patent drafting and prosecution, preparation of freedom to practice and patentability opinions, and patent portfolio management, with a concentration in the area of biotechnology. Dr. Tepe has represented a variety of clients including corporate clients, university researchers, and pharmaceutical companies.

Dr. Tepe rejoins the firm from practicing in-house as Counsel at The Procter & Gamble Company. She graduated from Thomas More College where she received her B.A. before going on to receive her Ph.D. in Pharmacology and Cell Biophysics from the University of Cincinnati College of medicine.  Dr. Tepe then earned her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law where she was on the Dean's Honors List.  She went on to begin her career at Frost Brown Todd, working as a Summer Associate, and then as an Associate in the fall of 2005.
