Frost Brown Todd Elects Three New Members to its Executive Committee
Frost Brown Todd attorneys Ronald E. Gold, Debbie Reiss Hardesty, and Sheryl G. Snyder have been elected to the Firm’s Executive Committee. The Executive Committee is the governing body of the Firm.
John R. Crockett III and George E. Yund were recently elected as the Firm’s Chairman and Managing Member, respectively. They will also serve on the Executive Committee. Crockett is based in the Louisville, KY office and Yund in Cincinnati, OH.
Other members on the committee include: Charles M. Pritchett of the Louisville office; Patricia D. Laub of the Cincinnati office; and Paul E. Sullivan of the Lexington, KY office.
“As our firm seeks to grow throughout the region, it is essential that we have intelligent, thoughtful leadership throughout every level of the organization,” said Crockett. “We are so fortunate to have attorneys of this caliber ready and willing to serve the Firm in this new capacity.”

About the New Executive Committee Members
Ron Gold is a Member of Frost Brown Todd and practices out of the Cincinnati office. He is Co-chair of the Firm’s Bankruptcy and Restructuring Group and Vice-chair of the Firm's Corporate Department. Gold concentrates in finance and reorganization law, primarily in the area of bankruptcy and out-of-court workouts. He actively represents corporate debtors, borrowers, secured lenders, landlords, creditors’ committees, court appointed receivers and automotive customers in bankruptcy proceedings, restructurings and out-of-court workouts. Gold also represents purchasers of entire businesses or business segments both in and out of chapter 11 and regularly counsels real estate equity funds in matters involving distressed real estate. Gold joined the Firm in 1992.
Debbie Reiss Hardesty is a Member of Frost Brown Todd and practices out of the Louisville office. She practices employee benefits, executive compensation and corporate matters, with particular attention to business management and ownership succession projects. Reiss Hardesty is Vice-chair of the Firm’s Corporate Department, has long been the overseer of the Firm's own benefit programs, and, until recently, headed its Employee Benefits and Compensation Practice Group. Reiss Hardesty has been a Firm member since 1987. The Louisville resident taught at Tulane Law School before joining Frost Brown Todd, and served as a liaison to the Baltimore Key District Office of the IRS for a number of years, and has long been listed in the Best Lawyers in America®. Reiss Hardesty is the author of several noted publications on compensation and benefits topics and is a frequent speaker on related topics at regional and national seminars. She is a graduate H. Sophie Newcomb College and is a magna cum laude graduate of the Tulane University Law School.
Sheryl G. Snyder practices out of Frost Brown Todd's Louisville office. He represents businesses in significant litigation. He has been ranked as one of the Top Ten attorneys in Kentucky by Super Lawyers, The Chambers Client's Guide lists him in its top tier of business litigators in Kentucky and he has been listed in Best Lawyers for business litigation since 1984. Mr. Snyder also is Chair of the Firm's Appellate Practice Group and co-author (with two other members of the Firm) of the treatise Kentucky Appellate Practice (West). He has made the appellate oral argument in over 50 reported decisions, including the Oklahoma City bombing civil litigation.
