Jeremy Hayden Recognized by the University of Kentucky College of Law with Young Professional Alumni Award

Jeremy Hayden, of Frost Brown Todd, was recently honored as a recipient of the University of Kentucky College of Law and the Law Alumni Association’s 2009 Young Professional Alumni Award. This award is designed for individuals who graduated within the past 10 years and have distinguished themselves professionally in the community, or in some other fashion.

Jeremy Hayden graduated from Western Kentucky University in 1996 and the UK College of Law in 2000, where he served on the editorial board of the Journal of Natural Resources and Environmental Law. He received his MSBA from the University of Cincinnati in 2002.

Hayden is a member of Frost Brown Todd’s business department, practicing in tax law and estate planning. He advises companies ranging from start-up ventures to multinational going concerns on a host of corporate and tax law matters including business formations, mergers and acquisitions, buy-sells and other shareholder agreements, significant contractual agreements, and federal, state and local tax issues.
