Matthew D. Stanton Joins Frost Brown Todd’s Cincinnati Office

Frost Brown Todd is pleased to announce that Matthew D. Stanton has joined the firm. Mr. Stanton will be an Associate in the firm’s Business Combinations Practice Group.  He focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. Mr. Stanton has experience representing both public and private clients in transactional legal matters, including hostile and friendly acquisitions, registered and unregistered securities issuances, SEC reporting and compliance, executive compensation and general corporate governance matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Stanton was an Associate with Sidley Austin LLP in Chicago, Ill. He is a graduate of  Miami University where he received his B.A.; and the University of Chicago Law School where he was the Book Review and Business Editor of the University of Chicago Law Review.  After graduating from law school, Mr. Stanton served as a PILI Fellow at the Institute for Justice Clinic on Entrepreneurship, where he counseled Chicago-area small business owners on a variety of legal matters.
