John Lovett Named to the List of Top Hundred Labor Attorneys in the United States for 2009
John T. Lovett, a member of Frost Brown Todd LLC, was recently named to the list of Top One Hundred Labor Attorneys in the United States for 2009, as compiled by Labor Relations Institute, Inc., a leading industry information source.
Inclusion on the list puts Mr. Lovett in the top one percent of labor attorneys in the U.S., making Lovett one of the most active attorneys representing companies in the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) monitored elections.
Mr. Lovett made the elite list by being selected from more than 9,000 attorneys evaluated by the Labor Relations Institute. The honor of "Top One Hundred" was determined by the number of NLRB elections in which each attorney provided representation and the outcome of those elections.
Mr. Lovett chairs Frost Brown Todd's Labor and Employment Law Practice Group. His work focuses on advising employers on how to avoid employment litigation, defending employers against employment litigation, assisting employers avoid unions, helping employers manage union relationships, and protecting employers from unfair competition from former employees.
