Neil Ganulin’s practice is concentrated in mergers and acquisitions, federal and state securities law matters and general corporate matters. Mr. Ganulin has been involved in the organization, sale and acquisition of a wide range of business enterprises, including publicly traded corporations, family-owned, closely held businesses and professional practices. His role in those transactions has included structuring the transactions, negotiating all aspects of the transactions, including financing, and consummating the transactions.
In the securities area, Mr. Ganulin represents and advises clients in the preparation and filing of registration statements under the Securities Act of 1933, in their reporting and compliance obligations under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and in connection with raising capital through private offerings.
