Nancy B. Loucks

Nancy B. Loucks is a graduate of the University of Kentucky, where she earned both her B.A. in English in 1984 and her J.D. in 1987. Prior to coming to Frost Brown Todd, Ms. Loucks served as clerk to Kentucky's former Chief Justice, Robert F. Stephens. Immediately thereafter, she spent seven years representing Westinghouse Electric Corporation in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, focusing upon multi-district insurance coverage litigation and complex discovery and document management issues. Ms. Loucks focuses her practice on commercial transportation litigation and other motor vehicle litigation, premises liability, and insurance coverage litigation.
