Natalie Wood focuses her practice on Immigration and Nationality Law, with particular emphasis on employment-based and family-based immigration.
Ms. Wood has experience in assisting multi-national companies register as Treaty Trader/Treaty Investor companies with U.S. Consulates abroad. She has also represented individual business owners with registering their companies.
Ms. Wood has also successfully represented professors, researchers, and other professionals in filing National Interest Waiver petitions, Outstanding Researcher/Professor petitions and other EB-1 petitions.
