Peter Cummins is a Member at Frost Brown Todd LLC and practices in the Litigation Department. Peter concentrates his practice in the area of business litigation, representing a wide variety of clients in all types of business disputes, including noncompete agreement enforcement, breach of contract, fraud, class actions, U.C.C. and securities litigation matters.
In addition to representing clients at trial and on appeal before courts in a number of jurisdictions across the country, Peter also has experience handling arbitration proceedings and hearings before various Kentucky administrative agencies, including the Kentucky Board of Tax Appeals.
Prior to joining Frost Brown Todd in 2001, Peter served as a law clerk to the Honorable Charles R. Simpson III, United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky.
