D. Patton Pelfrey is a Member of Frost Brown Todd LLC and is the Founding Chair of the Firm’s Labor and Employment Law Department. His practice consists of labor law under the National Labor Relations Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Acts of 1964 and 1991, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Occupational Safety and Health Act, Immigration Reform and Control Act and other federal and state statutory and common law issues involving employee relations and litigation (exclusively representing management).
