Charles B. Galvin
Charles is an senior associate in the firm's West Chester office, practicing in the areas of Litigation and Government Services. His practice involves a wide range of issues affecting public entities such as townships, municipalities, state agencies, and government officials. He also advises private entities on issues involving all types of litigation.
Previously, Charles was a Summer Associate with Frost Brown Todd and prior to that, a Summer Clerk for the Legal Aid Society of Southwest Ohio. He assisted low-income clients in Butler County with a wide range of issues, including child custody, domestic relations, landlord-tenant disputes, and debtors' rights.
Charles is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame Law School, where he was a member of the Student Bar Association and Barristers Moot Court Team. He competed for the Irish at the Texas Young Lawyers Association National Trial Competition and the American Association for Justice Student Trial Advocacy Competition, helping sweep the first Regional Finalist and Championship titles in school history. He also received the Edward F. Barrett Award for outstanding achievement in the art of trial advocacy.
Prior to attending law school, Charles received his Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a minor in Business from Xavier University. He grew up in West Chester, and spent several years as a certified USA Swimming Coach for the Beckett Ridge Barracudas, Mason Manta Rays, St. Xavier High School, and Ohio Zone Team.
