Neil Desai
Neil is a senior associate and practices in the business litigation practice group. He represents clients in a wide array of business litigation matters, including in the areas of unfair competition and trade secrets, antitrust law, shareholder disputes, attorney malpractice defense, construction law, and complex commercial litigation. He is admitted to practice in Ohio, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
Neil is also greatly involved in the area of diversity. In addition to heavily participating in the firm's diversity initiatives and efforts, Neil serves on the Diversity Steering Committee of the Defense Research Institute and as Secretary and member of the Board of Directors of the newly formed India-U.S. Business Network. In addition, Neil serves on the Steering Committee of the Greater Cincinnati Minority Counsel Program.
