Robert A. Dimling
Robert practices in the labor and employment law area. His practice is concentrated in all phases of labor relations law with particular emphasis on OSHA matters, employment discrimination, workers’ compensation, opposing unions in NLRB representation elections, and representing employers in disputes involving picketing, arbitrations, injunctions, contract negotiations, and unemployment compensation.
The New York Times referred to Robert as “the premier OSHA defense lawyer in town, a man well practiced at extricating clients from OSHA’s crosshairs.”
