Julio joined Frost Brown Todd in 2008, and currently practices in the firm’s litigation department.  His practice focuses on construction litigation and tort and insurance defense.  Julio has also been a member of the Firm's commercial transactions and real estate department where his practice focused on representing owners, developers, investors, managers, and lenders in a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions involving real estate acquisition, financing, development, leasing and disposition.  He was a summer associate with Frost Brown Todd in the summer of 2007.

Julio received his B.A. from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville in 2004 in political science with a minor in english, and received his J.D. from Emory University School of Law in 2008. While in law school, he interned with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, & Explosives, as well as the Department of Homeland Security Immigration and Customs Enforcement, both in Atlanta, Georgia. Prior to attending law school, Julio was employed by Westar Aerospace & Defense Group, Inc., in Huntsville, Alabama as a data analyst.
