Christopher J. Dutton
Chris is a senior associate at Frost Brown Todd LLC. Chris practices in the litigation department and is a primary member of FBT's Construction Law Group. Chris earned his undergraduate degree in construction management from the University of Cincinnati. Before joining FBT, Chris worked with architectural, engineering, specialty contracting, and claims consulting firms and with the Ohio EPA. His experience includes project management, project documentation, estimating, scheduling, project costing, and claims preparation.
Chris has also been certified as a LEED Accredited Professional by the U.S. Green Building Counsel and also as an Associate Constructor by the American Institute of Constructors.
Chris represents contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and project owners in general litigation, bidding issues, mechanics' liens and collections, as well as delay, disruption, and defect claims.
