Catherine Ford
Catherine joined Frost Brown Todd in 2008 and currently practices in the firm’s litigation department. She has assisted in complex litigations and arbitrations in a wide variety of areas for a wide variety of clients, including energy companies, health care companies, financial institutions, and many types of regional businesses. Catherine also has extensive experience practicing before the bankruptcy courts in Kentucky and Indiana.
Prior to joining the firm, Catherine served as a law clerk to the Honorable Thomas B. Russell, United States District Court, Western District of Kentucky. She was also a summer associate with Frost Brown Todd in 2006.
Catherine graduated magna cum laude from Transylvania University in 2004 where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in political science. She obtained a minor in history. While at Transylvania, she served as Vice President of the Student Government Association, President of the Panhellenic Association, was a member of the Judicial Board and the leadership honorary Omicron Delta Kappa; and was chosen as the Student Commencement speaker for graduation ceremony in 2004.
Catherine earned her J.D. from Vanderbilt in 2007. While in law school, served as Vice President of the Environmental Law Society, served as an Honor Council representative, and participated in the Moot Court competition.
