Rhonda is a member in the firm’s corporate/business department and, for the past five years, has served as Assistant Compliance Officer for TriHealth, Inc., a community partnership that includes two hospitals, physician practices and ancillary services, and employs more than 10,000 people in the Cincinnati area. As Assistant Compliance Officer, Rhonda has counseled hospitals and physicians with regard to medicare and medicaid compliance, including billing and coding issues, provider-based facilities, auditing and monitoring and anti-kickback and false claims violations. Prior to joining Frost Brown Todd, she handled zoning appeals and other land use issues at Greenebaum Doll & McDonald, and Manley Burke, and engaged in general litigation practice.
