Kevin K. Malof
Kevin practices in the area of governmental services, real estate, construction and commercial transactions. He regularly represents numerous clients in a wide array of transactional matters with an emphasis on Ohio township, municipal and school law, real estate law, Owner, Contractor and Subcontractor law, and general corporate law for small and growing businesses. He truly understands transactions from a client's perspective, having spent 10 years in the banking industry with significant experience in retail management and consumer and commercial lending.

Numerous construction loans related to the acquisition and development of commercial real estate (ranging from $1.5 to $52.0 million)
Local counsel in a $650,000,000 loan facility for the acquisition of private golf courses
Counsel for numerous public owners on construction projects totaling more than $200.0 million
