Beth Schneider Naylor
Beth’s practice includes the defense of business and personal injury claims with an emphasis on products liability and national litigation management. Beth acts as litigation counsel for manufacturers coordinating products liability defense nationwide, developing liability prevention programs and handling a variety of business disputes for the companies. She has vice-chaired Frost Brown Todd’s mass tort and products liability practice group, founded and chaired the FBT Women’s Initiative and served on the firm's Diversity Committee.
Experience
Won Ninth Circuit appeal of a multi-million dollar products liability case (2010).
