Dan has an extensive thirty year background in immigration and nationality law. He has practiced extensively both in U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service offices throughout the U.S., and before a number of U.S. Consular posts overseas, representing the interests of both individuals and U.S. businesses and universities which employ foreign nationals. A significant portion of his practice involves representing foreign medical graduates and the health care providers employing them.
