Bridget H. Papalia
Bridget concentrates her practice in business litigation, including claims alleging self-dealing, deceptive trade practices, unfair competition and other business torts. She has counseled clients ranging from start ups to Fortune 500 corporations, both prior to dispute and through trial. Bridget's clients are often in highly regulated industries, including banking, tobacco, and energy. In addition to representing clients before both the trial and appellate courts, Bridget has handled litigation before arbitration panels and through the administrative process.

Frost Brown Todd LLC: Handled appeals in the Kentucky Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of Kentucky, and the Courts of Appeal for the Second, Sixth, and Seventh Circuits

Represented LLC and its Members in a contract dispute involving buy-out provision of Operating Agreement governing LLC's relationship with other members of a joint venture.
Represented owner of a liquid gas pipeline in suit filed by multiple plaintiffs claiming over $900 million in compensatory and punitive damages due to explosion.
Represented tobacco manufacturer in disputes arising out of alleged violations of the Master Settlement Agreement and advertising practices.
Defended distributor against claims of unfair trade practices and trade secret violations.
Represented software manufacturer against claims arising out of alleged defects in software.
Represented multiple clients in actions related to enforcement of non-compete and confidentiality agreements with former employees.
Represented large regional bank in class action arising out of offering of stock to deposit holders.
Represented utility in litigation involving terms of long term power purchase contract.
