Neal Shah
Neal is a senior associate in the labor and employment Group. He has represented employers in litigation claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the American’s with Disabilities Act, Occupational Safety and Health laws and various state employment laws. Neal has successfully represented employers in proceedings before state and federal administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Ohio Civil Rights Commission. Neal also provides pragmatic, day-to-day advice and counsel to employers on a wide variety of employment related issues.
Neal earned his Bachelor of Arts from Emory University in psychology, with a minor in economics. He earned his Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School. While at Boston College, Neal co-founded and chaired the South Asian Law Students Association (SALSA). Neal also was a visiting student at Northwestern University School of Law for his third year of law school.
