Cynthia is a member of Frost Brown Todd LLC. She focuses her practice in the technology field, representing both technology providers and businesses that license, acquire and/or develop their own technology. She regularly negotiates complex multi-million dollar development agreements and joint venture and other long term relationship agreements in the technology field. Cynthia is a strong proponent of addressing the hard questions up front to better ensure a successful long term relationship between a provider and its business client.

Cynthia also has experience in the entertainment field, including representing a movie production company, publishers of niche magazines, authors, thoroughbred owners, breeders and associations for the same, musicians and music production companies. She has negotiated endorsement contracts for her clients with sports celebrities and other nationally known sports groups.

Experience

She is often the lead attorney dealing with regulators and handling multi-million dollar closings, resulting in a strong transactional background.

As part of her technology and intellectual property practice, she continues to provide general business advice to clients, many of whom are technology providers, in connection with entity formation, strategic alliances, acquisitions, business expansion and other topics of general business law.
