Peggy practices in the real estate and the lending and commercial services practice areas. She represents clients in a wide array of national, regional and local commercial real estate  loans, leases, development projects, purchases, sales, restructurings, and other transactions for purchasers, sellers, secured lenders, investors, and borrowers.  She has closed loans secured by shopping centers, office buildings, apartment buildings, mixed-use projects, and other real property in portfolio and single-asset transactions throughout the United States, which have included acquisition, refinancing, and development loans.  Peggy also advises clients on lending and regulatory issues and handles working capital facilities, asset securitizations and large multi-bank syndicated facilities. Peggy has negotiated numerous leases, subleases, non-disturbance agreements, and related transactions as well.

Representative Matters

  • Represent national service corporation and international retailer with ongoing and continual real estate needs, including leasing, the negotiation of REA and ECCR Agreements and other related real estate matters
  • Represent local, regional and national clients in drafting and negotiation of healthcare, retail and office leasing matters for various spaces, including big box retail, hospital, medical office building and Class A commercial office space.
  • Represent regional developer with all aspects of the acquisition, disposition and development of retail shopping centers located in various regions of the United States
  • Represented real estate development corporation in acquisition and disposition of shopping centers located throughout the United States with a collective value of over $100 million
  • Represented publicly traded corporate client in $125 million receivables financing transaction
  • Represented publicly traded corporate client in $250 million line of credit financing transaction
  • Represented broadcasting client as local counsel in $500 million credit facility
