Pei practices in the corporate department of the firm. She has experience in cross-border transactions, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate finance.

Pei counsels domestic and foreign clients regarding issues arising out of many types of cross-border transactions.  As a native Chinese, Pei is specifically knowledgeable with regard to various commercial transactions between the U.S. and China, such as joint venture, foreign direct investment M&A, franchise and distribution.  Additional corporate experience includes representing companies in the general corporate law area, including M&A and corporate finance.

Prior to joining the firm, Pei was an associate with the Louisville office of Greenebaum Doll & McDonald.
