Bonnie Lee Wolf
Bonnie is a managing associate in the litigation department concentrating her practice on construction, complex business litigation, product liability, and real estate litigation. Bonnie has been actively involved in a variety of business litigation matters, including the areas of real estate, construction, and complex business litigation. In the area of construction, she represents owners, general contractors, and trade/specialty contractors in contract drafting, contract disputes, bid disputes, negligence and defect claims, mechanics' lien claims, mediation, arbitration and litigation of other construction-related matters.
Bonnie serves as National Counsel for a manufacturer, and her experience includes responding to CPSC claims, FOIA requests and assists in coordinating products liability defense for threatened and pending litigation. She also represents title insurance underwriters, title insurance agents and lenders in matters involving land title issues, real estate disputes, foreclosures, contract disputes, and business torts.
Bonnie is a member of the ABA Forum on Construction Industry, Ohio State Bar Association and Columbus Bar Association. She is also an active member in the Central Ohio Builders Exchange and serves as a Board Member for the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC). She is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio.
Bonnie presently serves as a Board Member of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Central Ohio (APABA-CO). Bonnie also serves as a member of the Firm's Ohio PAC Committee and is a former member of the Women's Initiative Committee and Diversity Committee.
