LaQuita S. Wornor
LaQuita is a senior associate in Frost Brown Todd's labor and employment department. LaQuita's practice is focused on representing employers in matters arising from both labor relations and employment litigation. She has experience litigating age, sex, disability, and race discrimination claims, as well as Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA) claims. LaQuita has labor arbitration experience and she often advises clients on issues arising from the National Labor Relations Act.
