Andrew R. Kaake
Andrew is a member of Frost Brown Todd LLC. He graduated from the University of Cincinnati School of Law in 2000. His practice focuses on the areas of occupational safety and health law and employment discrimination litigation. Andrew has successfully represented employers in proceedings before numerous state and federal courts and administrative agencies. Andrew also provides pragmatic, day-to-day advice and counsel to employers on a wide variety of employment-related issues, including employee discipline, investigations into workplace accidents or misconduct, policies and handbooks, recordkeeping requirements, and compliance with numerous federal and state employment laws.
