Carrie focuses her practice in the areas of commercial real estate and lending.  She represents banks, life insurance companies, mortgage loan servicers, and other financial institutions in complex real estate transactions including construction loans, permanent loans, loan modifications, and loan assumptions.  Carrie advises real estate developers on the construction and development of office, multifamily, retail, and hotel properties. She assists clients with a wide variety of real estate transactions including property acquisition and disposition and commercial lease negotiations.

Prior to joining Frost Brown Todd, Carrie attended Vanderbilt University Law School where she served as Student Writing Editor for the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law.  Before attending law school, Carrie attended Vanderbilt University and graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, with a major in Political Science and minors in Spanish and Corporate Strategy.
