Chandler N. Hodge
As a member in Frost Brown Todd's Real Estate practice group, Chandler brings extensive experience in commercial lending, secured transactions, real estate and real estate finance, and general corporate advice to the firm. Chandler assists in representing national and international banks and lending institutions with respect to commercial real estate transactions throughout the United States.
Chandler currently leads a team of 4 attorneys and legal professionals that have represented lenders in connection with securitized loans, mezzanine loans and warehouse facilities. Since 2012, Chandler has been involved in more than 100 loan transactions aggregating in excess of $2 billion.
Chandler is a graduate of the University of Dayton School of Law where she earned her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude. She also received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University magna cum laude as well.
