Rita M. Stolper
Rita practices in the real estate, health and environmental law area. In her thirty years of practice, she has been involved in all aspects of real estate law including drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial and residential agreements, land assemblage and acquisition, zoning, construction, financing and litigation relating to real estate involving condemnation procedures, zoning, tax appeals and environmental issues. She has also worked for financial institutions advising on consumer credit law in the residential mortgage area. She has had extensive experience in health law, including obtaining certificates of need and zoning for nursing homes and continuing care communities. Her environmental practice includes a specialty in water related law. Most recently, she has followed her interest in the environment and health area and is pursuing a Masters degree in Public Health which she feels will aid her environmental and health care clients.
