Scott is a member of Frost Brown Todd LLC whose practice is primarily concentrated in the areas of insurance, construction, general business and commercial litigation. He has substantial experience in insurance matters and was formerly a Divisional Vice President with Great American Insurance Companies. 

Scott has been named in The Best Lawyers in America® in the fields of insurance law and construction law, and in Ohio Super Lawyers®, in the field of Civil Litigation-Defense. He has been named 2011 Cincinnati Insurance Lawyer of the Year by Best Lawyers in America@.  Scott has also been named in Super Lawyers®, Corporate Counsel Edition, in the field of Civil Litigation-Defense.   He was elected member of the Order of the Curia due to his academic achievements while at Salmon P. Chase College of Law. He has made numerous presentations in the areas of construction and insurance law, and published articles in the Northern Kentucky Law Review and the Kentucky Bench Bar Magazine. Scott won first place in the Kentucky Bar Association’s 1994 Student Writing Competition.
