Audrey D. Blevins
Audrey is a senior paralegal at Frost Brown Todd LLC, joining the Lexington office in June 1993. Before joining the Firm, she worked for the Commonwealth of Kentucky, Office of the Attorney General and the Fayette Circuit Court Clerk.
Audrey has substantial experience in connection with the formation of business entities and preparation of charter documents and related agreements; drafting various acquisition, disposition and financing agreements and related schedules and documentation; organizing and maintaining data rooms for complex acquisitions, dispositions, credit facilities and debt offerings.

$350 million debt offering by a large Kentucky company;
Purchase of several subsidiaries of a large mining company for approximately $100 million;
Tender offer for a large mining company for approximately $650 million;
A series of acquisitions by a Kentucky coal company ranging from $15 million to $51 million;
Borrowing of $1.3 billion by a U.S. company under two credit facilities;
$30 million acquisition of the divisions of a manufacturing company with operations located in the U.S.;
Approximately $860 million sale of coal company assets;
$800 million tender offer;
$25 million sale of coal company assets;
$200 million senior credit facility;
$200 million senior bond offering;
$150 million subordinated bond offering;
$115 million term and revolving credit financing for a company with operations in the U.S. and ten foreign countries;
$115 million issuance of industrial revenue bonds;
$50 million senior credit facility
