Bill is the member-in-charge of the Firm's Northern Kentucky offices in Florence, Kentucky across from Cincinnati, Ohio and also has an office with the Firm in Cincinnati. Civil litigation has been the primary focus of Bill's law practice, with extensive experience in commercial litigation, product liability defense, environmental litigation and medical malpractice defense. Bill has also defended class action litigation over his career of 40+ years. He is currently defending a class action in state court in Kentucky. He has extensive experience at both the trial and appellate levels.
