Chris has successfully represented a wide range of clients including companies, non-profit organizations and individuals in a variety of litigation matters including cases involving wrongful death claims, allegations of bad faith, maritime matters, complex commercial claims, product liability actions, coverage matters, and multi-plaintiff mass tort actions.

Experience

Chris has successfully handled hundreds of matters and prides himself on an aggressive, results-oriented approach dictated by his clients' specific needs and goals.  Chris has assisted defense clients in getting numerous cases dismissed in the pretrial stages.  He has also negotiated many favorable settlements, participated in numerous depositions, mediations and hearings, and has helped obtained favorable verdicts for clients in bench and jury trials.  Representing local, regional, national and international clients, Chris has practiced before multiple Kentucky Courts, Kentucky's Court of Appeals, Kentucky's Supreme Court, Indiana State Courts, and numerous Federal Courts throughout the country.  Chris' clients include fortune 500 and Fortune 100 companies, as well as large multinational entities in the Netherlands, United Kingdom, France and China.  As a fluent Spanish speaker, Chris has handled large matters arising in Latin America.  He has also assisted with national, multidistrict litigation (MDL) cases.  Before attending law school, Chris worked as an Analyst for Citigroup.
