Christopher Johnson
Chris has successfully represented a wide range of clients including companies, non-profit organizations and individuals in a variety of litigation matters including cases involving wrongful death claims, allegations of bad faith, complex commercial claims, coverage matters, and multi-plaintiff mass tort actions.
Experience
Chris has successfully handled hundreds of matters and prides himself on an aggressive, results-oriented approach dictated by his clients' specific needs and goals. Chris has assisted defense clients in getting numerous cases dismissed in the pretrial stages. He has also negotiated many favorable settlements, participated in numerous depositions, mediations and hearings, and was recently second chair in a high-stakes trial in which a jury rendered a very favorable verdict for Chris' client. Representing local, regional and national clients, Chris has practiced before multiple Kentucky Circuit Courts, Kentucky's Court of Appeals, Kentucky's Supreme Court, the Federal District Courts for both the Western and Eastern Districts of Kentucky, and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. Chris has also assisted with national, multidistrict litigation (MDL) cases. Before attending law school Chris worked as an Analyst for Citigroup.
