Christina is a member in the business department, and her practice focuses on corporate transactions and commercial real estate projects.  Christina works with a number of the nation’s premier retailers and lending institutions, real estate developers, restaurant owners, telecommunications companies, non-profits, and other private and public entities.  She represents clients in complex real estate acquisitions and dispositions, leasing transactions, including ground leases, real estate financing, and construction projects.  She also has extensive experience in handling all aspects of a corporate real estate portfolio for a national bank with assets in excess of $300 billion.

Christina routinely represents buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, developers, and investors in all phases of real estate transactions, including review of title, survey, environmental and zoning matters, negotiating REAs and resolving title defects.  She also assists retailers with ongoing property management issues, such as eminent domain negotiations, construction of tenant improvements, easement rights, assignment and subletting, permitted and exclusive use issues, and matters pertaining to operating covenants.

In addition to her law practice she has served on the Firm's Finance Committee and is active in the local community.  Most notable among her civic and charitable contributions is her service to the American Red Cross, Cincinnati Ballet Company, and American Heart Association.

  • Representation of corporate clients in acquisition and disposition of shopping center, office, industrial, data center, and warehouse space
  • Representation of retailers, restaurant chains, financial institutions, developers and owners on commercial leases, including ground leases and sale-leaseback transactions
  • Representation of clients in the purchase and sale of business and assets, entity formation, and business strategy and planning
  • Representation of non-profit organization regarding leasing of its headquarters, including a long-term ground lease
  • Representation of clients in analyzing and addressing real estate title issues
  • Representation of clients in real estate disputes
