Christine L. Robek
Christine, a senior associate in Frost Brown Todd LLC's labor and employment department, practices in the areas of employment counseling and litigation, traditional labor, and workers' compensation. Her areas of emphasis include discrimination, harassment, wrongful discharge, FMLA compliance, unfair competition, and trade secrets.
Christine has represented employers before numerous federal, state and local courts, and administrative agencies, as well as in private arbitration. She also provides counseling and training on a wide array of employment law topics and has assisted clients in drafting employee handbooks, employment forms, and confidentiality, non-compete, employment, and separation agreements.
