Christy is a senior associate in the corporate and business department of Frost Brown Todd, LLC and is a key member of the firm’s Automotive Industry Team. Christy assists clients with general corporate matters, contract negotiations and agreements, supply chain management, distressed supplier transactions, workouts and restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions. Christy worked out of the Lexington office for nearly three years before recently relocating to the Nashville office in the summer of 2011 to help expand and enhance the firm’s presence in Nashville’s automotive and transportation industries.

She is a 2008 alumna of the University of Kentucky College of Law, where she graduated near the top of her class.  During this time, she was involved in the Kentucky Law Journal and Order of the Coif. Prior to law school, Christy earned her Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in marketing from the University of Kentucky.

Christy is licensed in the states of Kentucky and Tennessee.
