Dale E. Ahearn
Dale concentrates his practice in complex commercial transactions, focusing on commercial real estate, asset based lending and project finance. He regularly represents institutional lenders and borrowers in structuring, documenting and closing complex transactions on a national and international basis. A substantial portion of Dale's practice involves representing tenants, developers and lenders in commercial developments on a regional and national basis. He has been lead counsel (responsible for acquisition, leasing and financing) in the development of over 100 regional shopping centers during the past 20 years. He also frequently represents clients in business matters involving a wide variety of other real estate transactions, including high-rise office buildings, campus housing, condominiums, senior living, and industrial properties. He has also worked on a substantial number of international real estate transactions.
