Douglas W. Langdon
Doug is a member of Frost Brown Todd LLC, and he is the leader of the firm's Tort and Insurance practice group. Doug concentrates his practice in the areas of products liability litigation, chemical exposure claims, insurance coverage analysis, and bad faith litigation.
Doug represents national and regional clients in insurance coverage claims and product liability litigation, and he has been lead counsel in numerous catastrophic injury cases involving chemical exposure claims.
For over 20 years, Doug has defended numerous corporate defendants in personal injury and wrongful death cases arising from alleged exposure to various toxic substances, including asbestos, carbon monoxide, mold, petroleum products, and other chemicals.
Doug is licensed to practice in Indiana and Kentucky, and he has tried numerous cases to verdict in state and federal courts in both states.

Defending National Insurer in class action pending in Indiana related to uninsured and underinsured coverage
Defense of toxic tort and chemical exposure cases involving carbon monoxide, ketone, ammonia, plutonium, uranium and other transuranics, organo-phosphate pesticides, and various fertilizers
Representation of ready-mix concrete suppliers concerning claims of reactive concrete
Representation of multi-national insurers against several policy-holders' multi-million dollar claims for insurance coverage arising out of environmental liabilities at environmental sites across the United States
Representation of a distributor of orthopedic bone screws in Multi-District Litigation in United States District Court in Philadelphia and in state courts
Defense of chemical manufacturer in personal injury litigation arising out of the Oklahoma City bombing in 1995
Representation of a paint and pigment manufacturer in cases involving an array of products liability claims including alleged brain damage claims, allergic reactions and other injuries
Environmental counsel for potentially responsible parties in governmental and private cost recovery actions under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA/Superfund)
Trial counsel for franchiser of gasoline and convenience stores against property owners' claims for damages as a result of leaking underground storage tanks
