Edmund concentrated his practice in day-to-day general corporate representation, including corporate reorganizations and bankruptcies, mergers and acquisitions, secured transactions and other general corporate matters. He is a former managing partner of Frost & Jacobs (predecessor firm to Frost Brown Todd). He currently teaches bankruptcy reorganizations internationally and is involved in numerous civic and charitable activities.
