Eliot G. Bastian
Eliot is a senior associate at Frost Brown Todd LLC in the financial restructuring group and in the complex business, banking, and commercial law litigation groups in the Firm's litigation department. Eliot practices primarily in the areas of general commercial litigation, bankruptcy-related litigation involving chapters 7, 11 and 13, preference actions, creditors' and debtors' rights, landlord-tenant disputes, contract disputes, Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act, UCC-9 actions, foreclosures, title claims defense, priority of liens disputes, real estate litigation, state court assignments for the benefit of creditors, debt collection actions, and shipping - transportation disputes. He has been an attorney at Frost Brown Todd for 7 years. Eliot is admitted to practice in, and is a counsel in good standing with, the: (a) United States Supreme Court; (b) United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio; (c) United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio; (d) United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky; (e) United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky; (f) Ohio Supreme Court; and (g) Kentucky Supreme Court.
