Erica is an associate in the litigation department of Frost Brown Todd.  She represents and advises clients in a wide range of litigation areas with a focus on complex business litigation and financial institutions litigation.  She has experience in breach of contracts, non-competition agreements an commercial foreclosure work.

Erica graduated cum laude from the Florida State University College of Law in 2009, where she acted as the administrative editor of the Florida State University’s Journal of Land Use and Environmental Law, and as an executive editor of the Business Review. In addition to these activities, she also served as a member of the Spanish American Law Students Association. Prior to joining the firm, Erica worked as a summer associate for the firm during the summer of 2008.

Erica has drafted motions for summary judgment, motions to dismiss and pleadings.  She has prepared for and represented clients in trial in Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas.

Erica is admitted to practice in the State of Ohio and the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
